Base Program
JSG’s Base Coaching Program contains two sessions, which will unfold as follows:

Session 2: HOGAN Personality Assessment administered, followed by a HOGAN debrief to include a Career Acceleration Plan (90 minutes)

Advanced Program
The Advanced Program is perfect for newly promoted executives and leaders, or for anyone needing insights that combine HOGAN personality data, coaching, and first-person feedback gathered from 360 interviews.
Our 4 sessions will unfold as follows:

Next, our JSG Coach will conducts up to six virtual stakeholder 360 interviews, to build a comprehensive view along with development recommendations.

Session 3: Client 360 Stakeholder Interview debrief combined with key HOGAN assessment takeaways, in order to build a Career Acceleration Plan (90 minutes)
